With the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want to reassure everyone that we are taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and everyone in our Every Blooming Thing family. We continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and federal, state, and local government officials, and are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and making adjustments to our business practices at both of our locations - Sherwood and Maumelle - accordingly.
Here are some of the things that we are doing to help protect you:
- Store Locations - We must continue to do our part to protect our customers, employees, and community. As such, both of our retail locations will be closed to the public until further notice beginning Wednesday, 3/18/2020.
- Our Sherwood location will be open Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM for telephone and online orders via no contact pickup and the option of no contact delivery.
- Our Maumelle location will remain closed at this time.
- Delivery Restrictions - We are unable to deliver to certain facilities, such as hospitals and nursing homes, until further notice due to restrictions set forth by the facilities themselves. Other types of facilities may be added to this list as the situation evolves in the coming weeks. Our staff will give you a call should you place an order for delivery to a restricted facility.
- Curbside Pickup Service - No contact curbside pickup service will be available at our Sherwood location at no extra charge! Simply give us a call at 501-835-0305 to place your order, and mention that you'd like to take advantage of curbside pickup. For online orders, please give us a call before coming to pickup your order to let us know that you'd like to use curbside pickup service. We will then get your order ready and bring it directly to your car!
- No Contact Delivery Option - Beginning Wednesday, 3/18/2020, our delivery drivers will be calling each recipient and offering a no contact delivery option where the driver will leave the order at a specific location outside of the recipient's home or at a reception desk for the recipient to retrieve later.
- New Updates - Please continue to check our website and Facebook page for updates.
We want to reiterate that we remain committed to serving you and will continue to provide you with fresh floral arrangements, gourmet gift baskets, and more for as long as possible during these uncertain times.
